These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProbashiVPN application and VPN network (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ProbashiVPN provides an encrypted VPN connection that routes your internet traffic through our servers to protect your privacy and secure your connection, especially on untrusted networks. The service is free of charge and ad-supported; there is no paid tier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Acceptable use

ProbashiVPN is intended for lawful privacy and secure connectivity. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
• Distribute malware, launch attacks, send spam, or attempt to breach any system.
• Engage in hacking, credential theft, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates intellectual-property rights.
• Resell, abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates this section or harms the Service or other users.

4. Free tier

The free tier provides core VPN protection at no cost and currently contains no advertisements. Availability of free servers and features may change over time.

5. Free service & advertising

ProbashiVPN is provided free of charge. There is no paid plan, subscription or premium tier, and we do not sell coupons or codes. If anyone offers to sell you a "ProbashiVPN premium code", it is not from us and will not work.

The service is ad-supported. A short advertisement may be shown before a session starts and as a banner inside the app. Ads are only played when you choose to start one; declining simply means the session does not start. Each session lasts for a fixed period shown in the app, after which you may start another by watching another ad. We may change session length or ad placement at any time.

6. No payments, no refunds

Because nothing in ProbashiVPN is sold, there is nothing to refund. We do not hold payment details and cannot process payments. Questions: [email protected].

7. No guarantee of availability

We work hard to keep the Service fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Speeds and server availability depend on many factors outside our control, including your network and device.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A VPN improves privacy but is not a guarantee of anonymity or security against every threat.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProbashiVPN and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
